1) 2 Months Security Deposit which is refundable not adjustable.
2) 3 Times Foods is included in the Rent.
3) Entry Allowed till 10.30 PM only.
4) Taking Wine or Beer inside premises is strictly not allowed.
5) Boys not allowed inside the Premises & Near Premises.
6) Friends Not Allowed
